Are you publishing to an LMS? If so, you should be able to set this up, as long as you're using two results slides.
If you have two question banks, but you only want to report from one of these banks, you can select the review slide you'd like to report in the LMS "Reporting and Tracking" properties.
To select the results slide you'd like to use, click on "Publish", "LMS" and "Reporting and Tracking" at the bottom of the window.
Now, click on the tab for "Tracking" to the left. Here you'll see an option for "Track using quiz result" and a drop-down menu. Select the result slide you'd like to use for your course, click "OK" and finish publishing.
