Non functioning 'Resource' tab when content is published in html5

Good afternoon!

The issue:

  • Resource tab within the player (SL2) does not display or work correctly when content is published in html5 format.
  • We need to publish content in html5 format to be accessible remotely (not within an LMS).
  • All other content functions as expected.

Can you offer any direction on this?

Hi Michele

I've just done a quick test with a SL2 file adding the resource tab and adding a pdf. Published to html5 and uploaded to web and it's working as expected.

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by does not display or work correctly or maybe you could share the .story file for folks to take a look at for you.

Which browser are you using to view the published output - not all support html5?
