Not Able to Activate New Trigger Workflow

I'm excited to start using the new trigger workflow but am not able to see it. I have the latest SL 360 version. When I open a new project, there is no option to opt in to the new trigger workflow (located under the video overview). Then I tried going into File/Storyline Options/Features as instructed but I don't have a Features option, only General. Thoughts?

Hi Roslyn,

I don't have any of those features/options available to me either; however, for me, Storyline is already working with the new trigger workflow without any intervention on my part, which I assume occurred as part of a recent upgrade.

What I would suggest you do first is to check if you are not already set up for the new workflow. A couple of clues are the Group Triggers check box and the ability to disable triggers:

Hi Roslyn,

Can you check what update you're on exactly? The latest would be update 35. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".

Hi,

When I check the version of my Articulate Storyline, it says v3.32.20313.0. I realize the latest version is 35. Does that mean I only have version 32? Also, if my version is outdated, why am I not seeing a prompt for an update like I usually do?

If you've ignored an update or turned off notifications, that could explain why you were not prompted as you were previously.

We released another update today, so the latest is now Build 3.36.21213.0.
