Not able to connect with Articulate 360 desktop App

Hi Team,

I am currently working from home. and it requires me to connect with VPN in order to perform any task and while opening Articulate 360 desktop app. Its telling that me that i am not connected with internet. FYI I am not using the trial version!

Oh, no! Did you not receive Amlan's e-mail on 3/26? You may need to check your spam/junk folder.
