my articulate desktop app showing please connect to the internet to validate your articulate 360 subscription as my internet is working

please help for the solution

Here are some things to check:

- Can you sign on to 360.articulate.com?

- Do you have the network endpoints and ports listed

It appears that all systems are operational over the last several days. You can see that here:
