I am using Articulate 360. I am facing a new issue after the latest update (may be). I am not able to publish the course to LMS with the Quiz questions. It just throws up an error that 'something went wrong with storyline and it needs to close down.' But if i delete the scene that has the quiz, i am able to publish it.
Hi Nandita. That's a really great clue you have! There is probably something in that scene that is corrupted. Can you preview that scene? Can you preview every slide in that scene?
I like to use the process of elimination to whittle down what element is giving me the problem. If you find a slide that doesn't preview, you can cut individual objects from the slide, preview, and undo the action. I do that until I find the object(s) that is corrupted. Then, I just delete and rebuild that object!

Hi Crystal, Yes this helped. Thank you. I figured out that when I insert the in-built graded question type - matching drop-down, it does not work. I cant preview the slide or publish the course. Moreover, the entire scene does not play on preview. I think there is a bug that needs to be fixed with the latest version of SL 360.
Have you tried opening a blank Storyline file and inserting a matching drop-down quiz question? If so, are you able to preview that question?

I think I have identified the bug. In our organization, we use a specific font called 'Novozymes' and when I change the font in the question slide to this font, it issue starts. If I change the font to Calibri or Open sans, it works again! But the same 'Novozymes' font has no affect on the other question slides only the 'Matching drop-down' question type.
