I have created a question bank with 10 questions. I have created two draw from question bank slides in my project/scene. In the first set I selected to use only 8 of the questions (set to randomly) and the other two are set to never. The quiz reacts properly. (just 8 questions)
In the second draw from question bank slide I am using only two questions (set to randomly) and the other 8 are set to never. The quiz reacts properly (just two questions).
I have tried to add two Results slides - one after the first Draw slide to represent the score of the 8 questions and the other after the second Draw slide to represent the score of the 2 questions. However when I add the results slide it only shows the 2 questions as available in both locations. How do I fix this?
on the final result slide do you have both the results slide selected or the questions? It should be the result slides. At the top dropdown select results slide and check them both
if so and still not working feel free to upload the story file easier to help we can see your setup
I did not add a final results slide yet because I could not get the first two working correctly. The one with 8 questions will only allow me to choose the results for the two questions that I do not want to consider for that quiz.
Okay, never mind. Although the correct questions are not showing when I build the slide it shows the correct results when I preview it. This has been resolved, although it seems like is is not behaving correctly, by not allowing me to choose the actual questions from the list.
If you think it's not working as expected we'd want to take a look at the .story file. You can share it here using the "Add Attachments" button if you'd like, or you're always welcome to send it along to our Support engineers here.
I also did want to let you know that responding via email includes your signature here so you are welcome to edit the post to remove that information if you'd prefer.
Thanks Ashley. I thought I emailed that directly. The end result is functioning okay, it just seems weird that it will not show me all of my questions when I set it up. That is why I thought it wasn't working correctly.
No worries Sarah - if you use the "Reply" feature from the ELH notification emails it'll post it here in the forums so it's a bit easier to respond vs. visiting the forum thread to share an updates.
If you'd like, we're still happy to take a look - but if it's working that's a good sign!
