Not moving to next slide

Hi I have uploaded the storyboard for an exam that I had create and it worked. I added an additional hot spot slide and the story won't progress forward unless I click in the correct hotspot. Can you tell me how you fixed this because it is not the first time this has happened? I have put the triggers in the same order , the triggers are exact matches. How can I stop this from happening again?

Which slide has the problem, and how do you want it to advance?
As I see it, there is no automatic advance being used and there are no built-in navigation controls. The only method of advancing to the next slide is to click the hotspot.
The last slide before the result slide doesn’t go forward whether I click on the hot spot or not.

This is what I get when I try it. It works the same for me, whether I view the whole project, or just the last two slides.
I tried it about 30 times, and there was only one or two times it didn't advance, so there may be something subtle going on, but I can't reproduce it.
I know that is subtle. It happens in my other one too. Any ideas what is causing it.

Since I can't replicate it, I really have no idea what is causing it. In fact, I'm not even sure that I got it to act that way. maybe I just did something wrong and thought it didn't advance because that was what I was expecting. Sorry, but I have no idea.

I know that in this case, when a learner takes the test, if they click any where but the hot spot, in every other slide they move to the next one. In the last slide they do not. I have this happen every so often, when I put a new slide with a hot spot after I have already published it many times. I also have another exam built the same way and it has a similar problem.

I am uploading the other story that I am having the same problem with, when I click not on the correct answer in the last slide the item doesn't move on to the results slide. This one also has an additional issue. That is when I click on review the quiz , no navigation buttons appear. I took the first one you were given and removed everything but the title slide and the results slide.
