Notepad file attached to course opens in Internet Explorer rather than Notepad

Hello all

I am adding the transcript of video slides in my course as a downloadable notepad file. On publishing, I can see the notepad file is part of the external_files' folder but when a learner clicks the transcript button in the course, it opens the same notepad file in an IE window. Sad part is, IE doesn't even do word wrap, which means learners get stuck with a huge horizontal scroll to view the full transcript text. would probably be better to add as a PDF, even if you sort it on your machine your won't be able to fix other users machines, IE seems to be hit or miss on how it loads txt files

That's what I was thinking too, Phil. Guess I'll do PDF then.
