I can't get the notes to properly fit in the module. When I view the module some of the notes information is cutoff or hidden.. I have decreased the font to 10 but it still has some of the information cut off or hidden..
Hi, Kimberly! Sorry you're seeing that happen – definitely not desirable. I'd be happy to help get to the bottom of it! A few questions to start:
What version of Storyline are you using?
What font name and size are you using in the Notes section?
Does the text cut off at the bottom, left/right side, or?
Can you share a copy of your .story project? I'd be happy to take a closer look at your file, if you don't mind sharing it here. You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread.
I saw you posted in a few other discussions about this, so I can see it's a big issue for you! If you're not able to share here, I also understand that, and then the best way to resolve this for you is to share your course file (the .story file) with our team privately here. They can then work with you one on one via email and you won't need to monitor a bunch of forum discussions!
Let us know if you go that route, and we're happy to follow along and share the resolution here with others in the ELH community!

Hi Bruce,
I don't know of any way to resize the Notes heading, which is based on the slide titles, but it sounds like a good feature request.

I'll be here!
I am using Georgia 10.
I have 6 projects and it is happening 'sporadically' on all of them.
I can't share on this public thread due to my company's confidential and proprietary information guidelines.
