Notes not working

Hi! I'm new to Storyline and cannot seem to get my Notes to show up in my previewed or published course. They are in the Notes section shown here but do not display in my notes tab. I can see scrolling controls but nothing else and they don't work. Thanks for your help!

Hi Jon and welcome to Heroes!
What update of Storyline are you using? We're currently on update 6, and I remember seeing a similar thread where updating fixed the issue. If that doesn't resolve the behavior you may want to look at conducting the more thorough repair process outlined here.
