NVDA picks up a rectangle after submitting quiz answer

NVDA is picking up a rectangle "main landmark clickable rectangle 4" after submitting right or wrong answer. the client doesn't want this rectangle to be picked up by the screen reader. not clear how to remove this getting picked up by NVDA. can someone please advise. thank you :)
