Object maintaining 'new' state once variable has been activated
Oct 31, 2012
Hi all,
I've got a series of objects with three states - normal, hover, and completed.
Initial state is 'normal', with 'hover' set to show when user mouses over. The 'completed' state is in effect once the user returns from a different slide, and adds a check mark to the object based on a true/false variable change.
My difficulty though arises when that 'completed' object is moused over, and goes to 'hover' state. I can't figure out how to make the object revert back (or sustain) the 'completed' state when the mouseover is done (in other words, it reverts to 'normal' state, instead of 'completed').
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions you can provide.

Hi Melissa,
I was doing a search for a similar issue and came across your question. I'm sure you've figured it out by now, but this thread and Screener tutorial may be helpful. It sounds like this is what you're trying to accomplish.
