How are you linking the PDFs into your content?
As you'll see here the Resource tab and jump to file/url are not supported in the Articulate Mobile player.
Also, you may find that local web objects don't load when your Articulate Storyline content is viewed offline in the Articulate Mobile Player app. Please note that all web objects, whether local or online, require an active Internet connection to work properly.
