I upgraded my Storyline 360 to version 3.62.27443.0. Once I upgraded I was unable to open any .story files I created previously. Has anyone experienced this issue? I had to revert to my previous version so I could continue working on my project files. Any help would be appreciated, especially since one of my colleagues upgraded already and I am unable to open that file to assist her.
I reverted my version back to 3.50.2428.0. I am pretty sure it has to do with the new improvements in the latest Storyline version. I am currently working on quite a few projects and I don't have time to spend figuring out how to get my old files to open without giving me an error? Any suggestions on how to update my Storyline version and still be able to open my old files?
