once viewed, one slide always skips to end. can't get it to start at 0 seconds

Hi,

I have an issue with only one slide -- once it's been viewed, it always plays again starting from the end of the timeline, so it immediately goes to the next slide. No other slides do this, and it's a simple text with audio slide, so there are no weird settings. It's the middle Resources slide in the file I uploaded. The other slides start from scratch no matter how many times they're viewed. Thoughts appreciated! Thanks.
