I have a quiz that I want the user to take only once. I don't know if this is a Storyline 360 setting or something in the LMS (Adobe Connect). If I pass the quiz, it goes to review mode in the LMS but if I fail it remains open and allows me to retake it until I pass. Any suggestions?
Here is one way to limit the number of attempts a user can take on a quiz:
Enable the Retry Quiz button
Add a couple of triggers to the results slide where A) you increment a counter and B) check the counter to see if it equals the number of allowed attempts.
If it equals the max allowed attempts, it disables the Retry Quiz button. For more details, you can go to this link.

The Retry quiz options within Storyline are only valid for the session. I would ask your LMS team if you're seeing some unexpected behavior outside of the options within Storyline or when the user accesses the content subsequent times.
