I have a PDF attachment in the Resources tab that's a "legal" length document. When I click on the file to open it, it opens in a web browser page rotated 90 degrees clockwise. Is there a way to force it to open right side up. Some of our students are not real computer smart and won't be able to rotate it back to the correct view.
Appreciate any feedback. Expect the answers here somewhere, but I'm terminally impatient (and running out of time).
I can't say that I've seen this before - and I don't know of a setting in Storyline that would control the rotation of it, so I'm curious if there was some initial setting in the PDF document that could be controlling it? Could you share a copy of the .story file here with us (or even just the .story file with the attachment in the player)?
Thanks for the reply. I found the issue. I had to open the file in the Adobe PDF writer and rotate it then save as a new file. Problem solved, Your idea led me to the solution.
