I've had a client come back to me to update a course I worked on in 2013. I can't open the file -- I get a message saying that either the file is corrupt or created on an earlier version of Storyline. Is there any possibility of being able to open it again?
I couldn't open/upgrade your fie to SL360, SL3 or SL2. However, I was able to make a copy and open it in SL1. But from there, I couldn't open it in SL2 or even import the slides from the SL1 version. I recommend opening a case with Support to see if they can upgrade it for you.
