Option to display results slide is greyed out in Ranking survey, and also Quiz

can you screenshot what you see.  I have the option for Results Slide: None if i haven't inserted a result slide yet...Are you working in SL1 or SL2 and which survey are you adding Ranking D & D or Ranking DropDown

I'm not sure I'm clear on what you're referring to in terms of "display results slide" so as Wendy mentioned, a screenshot would be ideal or the .story file for us to take a look at. 

If you've yet to add in a results slide, you won't see anything listed when looking to connect a question with it in this drop down:
  

Please let us know a bit more about your set up so that we can point you in the right direction.
