i used the "resume saved state" option for edit options after revisiting, but it supports for wrong answers but after entering a right answers it locks after revisiting a drag drop question.
i tried all kind of logic as much as possible by me, but it didn't solve.
yes you are correct, its not locks while you are selecting a wrong answers, but it locks after answering correct sequence of answers and revisiting a slide again not retrying a whole quiz.
correct sequence is: 1. it is a long 1 2. it is a long 2 3. it is a long 3 4. it is a long 4
i used Storyline 2 (updated) software and publish it in TinCan API, run it in Chrome browser, but still there's an error for correct answers. there may be an error in supporting browsers, please guide where i m wrong.
i sent an recording file for your reference, please check it.
I understand now how you get the locked options. I think there is no reason for you to drag the options if it is already correct once submitted. And it is locked when revisiting an answered Drag and Drop Quiz unless you reset Results Slide.
By the default, the Drag and Drop Quiz is Locked when the answer is correct. If you want to make it editable, don't Submit. And on the last slide before the Results Slide, you need a confirmation button from the user if he/she is really confident to submit for final checking. Once that confirmation button is clicked, load that Drag and Drop quiz and submit then jump into Results Slide after submit. You can use a variable to trigger if it is for final submission.
Let's say a variable is: FinalSubmit
on Confirmation button, Set FinalSubmit is equal to True, and Jump to Drag and Drop Quiz.
On Timeline Starts, if FinalSubmit is equal to True, Submit Drag and Drop Quiz and load Results Slide.

but as per the requirement, they require to edit answers after revisiting a slide.
as per my knowledge, that may happen that user entered correct answers but if he get confused again even submitting a correct answers, then?
