OR condition

Hi I am hoping someone can help me..

I have a 12 module e-learning, each module is accessed via a button and has a quiz at the end. I have set it up so that the module button changes state to either "complete" (green) if the learner passes the quiz or "notpassed" (red) if they dont pass the quiz

The learners cannot continue with the e-learning unless they have done all 12 modules... so I have a continue button that is hidden and I want it to change state to Normal  once all modules are either complete or notpassed... however I cannot work out how to do this... is there an OR condition?.. if so where??
