Thanks for reaching out. Timers in Storyline 360 can only be set for results slides that are grading quiz questions, not for combined results slides, so you'll need to set separate timers for each "mini-quiz."
Having a similar issue. Is there any way to export that time? If I could call a variable and save it for each min-quiz, I could report that as required. The "timer" that is built in seems to only be useful to limit the total time available to complete a series of questions followed by a review slide.
I'm sure we have community members who have achieved reporting timer data to an LMS! I found this discussion that mentions a possible workaround. I'll keep an eye on this discussion to see what others recommend.
