If all you want is to share image (gif or regular), you could use a service like dropbox, box or google drive and create a shared folder with all your team members.
This function is built into 360 teams. My personal opinion is that if there are two of you, and you can justify the cost of 360, the added amount for teams is about the best value Articulate offers.
