Sorry to hear that you've run into difficulty with this. I hadn't heard of this error before and a quick search did not help me with this one.
My first thought is a repair of your software as perhaps something is not working correctly with the software in general.
I do see where you just started a support case with our team as well, so I linked this thread and your error to the case so that your support engineer can dive in and help you out.
