Hi All, I have a SL module with 6 questions - set at 80% to pass. When getting two questions wrong a 66% is displayed in the LMS. When I pass the test a second time with 4 of 5 correct, the status is showing completed, but the 66% is remaining. However, when I get 100% after the first fail, the score updates and shows 100%.

If the score is not updating as expected within your LMS, I'd begin by reviewing this article on troubleshooting common LMS tracking and reporting issues. Specifically testing it out at SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is reproducible.
