Pausing Video

I am playing a video with close captions. It is working great, but I want to pause the video to ask a question. When the question is submitted, a feedback layer pops up. The the "Continue" button play the video. I put in cues for where I want the video to pause. The problem is the first pause works great, but the second and third cue point is off. What gives?

Pause media Video.mp4 when timeline reaches Cue point XX

With

Show layer when cue point reaches XX

Then a layer ops up with hard-coded question (Not a freeform), answer triggers feedback layer with below trigger

Continue: Play video.mp4 when users clicks button

 

Works for the first pause, but not of second and third.
