There's a button in my project that's suposed to open a PDF file. When I publish the file, everything works just fine on the story.html file. But when I upload the zip file to my online plataform, the PDF won't open there
Adding a PDF to your file is a several step process. Here are instructions from Articulate. https://articulate.com/support/article/how-to-link-to-a-resource-in-the-course-player-sl2 You can verify the PDFs are included by looking in the external files of the zipped package (Module Name > Story_content > External files). If they are not there, you can try pasting the PDFs in the folder. I've found using shared links from documents in Box as a better option. It's easy, more reliable, and you can update the documents without having to republish the SL file.
