After building 4 Pick Many questions into a Storyline file and exporting them in SCORM 2004 to Blackboard, I can't get a score to show after the students complete the questions. I'm seeing N/A for each question in the report. Are Pick Many questions scormable?
Hi, there should be no issues with the quiz scores showing. I would check that your story has a trigger to submit results and that when its uploaded to the LMS that any settings to do with results are enabled. If you have already done this it might be a technical issue that the Articulate support team can help with.
View the Variables list and make sure 4 system generated variables are displaying (this means your result slide is not corrupt)
Check the result slide that all the Pick Many (or whichever quiz slides you need included are ticked)
Check each quiz slide in the form view that it is assigning points to a correct answer and that a correct answer is selected
If all those things check out and you have a submit results trigger on the result slide I would publish and upload the zipped package to Scormcloud to test. If it works in Scormcloud, then the issue may lie with your LMS (Blackboard) and if it doesn't work in Scormcloud then we need to look further at the setup.
If you can share the .story file, someone can take a look and try to help you troubleshoot.
Thank you for the reply. I don't see system generated variables in the variable list but not sure why. I do have the question slides selected in the results slide. I do have correct answers selected for each question. And I do have points added for a correct answer. I'm uploading the SL file. Any help would be appreciated.
If you don't see system variables then the result slide is corrupt and you need to add in a new one in order to get the variables to be able to report to the LMS.
I took a look at the file you shared above and it looks like you've added a Survey Result Slide vs. a Graded Result Slide, which explains why you are not seeing the expected variables.
Try adding a Graded Results Slide to see if that works better for you.

Leslie, I will try that. Would a survey slide show in the results slide list?
Mac

Absolutely.
