When using a 'pick many' function where multiple choices in a quiz are correct, how can I make it so that people see the 'Correct' layer message, even if they only pick one (or two) of the correct options (not all three correct options as shown in the below screen dump).

you may be better off using a Pick One instead of a Pick Many if your requirement is 1,2, or 3 can be correct.
see attached sample. Although I'm not sure which layer should be returned if they get the wrong oval and one or more of the correct ovals.
