I have a page in every course that is a "thank you" page that has our department/company logo on it. For one course though, the picture doesn't appear anymore in articulate edit version or preview. It was there previously and is now no longer visible. It shows that there is something there to click on but I can't actually see it. It is at the top ("Bring to Front"). I can't figure out how to adjust for size or what it looks like because I can't see it.
Is the image on your local drive or are you trying to insert it from a network, usb or external drive - sometimes that can make a difference. SL likes all the assets to be on the local drive.
Try saving the image as another name and then re-inserting into storyline. Make sure there aren't any special characters in the image file names (underscores, dashes, spaces, etc.)

Hi Hannah
the eye icon (hide) isn't activated on the timeline?
have you tried deleting the image from the timeline and reinserting it?
The eye icon is not activated. You had me excited there for a minute because I forgot to check that!
I have deleted it and re-inserted it multiple times. Oddly, only this image is doing this on this story file.
Bugga -
