Picture Shape - Image Quality Loss

This is something that we've previously reported to our QA assurance team where the image becomes blurry when a picture shape has been applied to it. It seems to be more noticeable if you allow the content to scale to fit the browser, and you could change that within your player settings. 

Thank you, Ashley! I am happy to hear the QA team is aware of the issue. I have tried tweaking with Player Settings and found it is less noticeable. Also as a work-around, I did a screen capture of the images with shape applied in Preview mode (on a plain white background), knocked out the bg and re-inserted the manipulated images with clarity intact. It's a few extra steps but worth it for a crisp look.

I'm glad you were able to find a work around that worked for you. We'll keep you posted if there is any additional information by posting here in the thread. Can you confirm which update of Storyline you're using so I can add it to the existing report? We're currently on update 5 of Storyline.
