Play button active while disabled in the player

Hello everyone
Sorry about the english, I am French !
In one of my project in Storyline I have un little problem with the button Play in the player.
I put the option in disabled state in the player option but on some (not all) slide the button is still there !
I put some picture in this message.
Is someone ever meet this problem ? Is there a solution ?
I already try ton close and reopen...

NB : Play and stop is "lecture / mettre en pause"

No apologies necessary, we're sorry you're seeing that problem in the player. Also, great call to share your .story file with our Support team!
I see Cleo spotted some corruption on the slide that caused the play/pause buttons to appear even though they were disabled. While it's hard to identify the source of corruption, these best practices can help reduce the risk.
These steps should do the trick: Insert a new slide and copy/paste the content from the troublesome slide to the fresh one. Then, customize the player features for that slide.
