I see Cleo spotted some corruptionon the slide that caused the play/pause buttons to appear even though they were disabled. While it's hard to identify the source of corruption, these best practices can help reduce the risk.

I see Cleo spotted some corruption on the slide that caused the play/pause buttons to appear even though they were disabled. While it's hard to identify the source of corruption, these best practices can help reduce the risk.
These steps should do the trick: Insert a new slide and copy/paste the content from the troublesome slide to the fresh one. Then, customize the player features for that slide.
