Playback Problems

Hello.

We are running a course via an LMS that works fine on most systems, but I have been receiving some complaints from students that describe the following:

[background info: most of the content is in the form of a long video, during which, some graphics/buttons will appear.]

Video is not playing, yet the user still sees the buttons & such popping up.

I will gather these user's PC/Browser specs, but any ideas what the problem could be?

Hi Erez!

I would be interested to know if you could reproduce and if the users were viewing in a supported environment as defined here.
