I am using the Storyline player and I need my pages need to be set to require that learner interact with each click/hover before the continuing. The next button should be gray or unavailable until then. Ideally it would just be grey. Is this possible using the Storyline player?
You cannot adjust the sates of the player, to ensure that everything is interacted with you need to set triggers to do this (although this will get irritating very quicly for the user).
Perhaps you could add a layer that says "You must click on everything before progressing"
I thought you might want to review this article on how to "disable" the next button until your users have finished interacting with all components of the slide. As Phil mentioned, it would also be worth adding a layer to remind them that they need to click on everything before proceeding.

Thank you, I did not think you could but the client asked for this.
How would set this with triggers on a slide?
Hi Melissa,
