I have been working in Storyline on a new project and have all the material in the project. The last thing I setup up was the player, including a Menu, Glossary, Ressources and Notes. All four menus appear on the first slide of the project, however the moment I skip to the next slide or any subsequent slide in Preview both the Glossary and Notes tabs disappear and I must return to the first slide to access them. What can I do to fix this?
A good starting point when trying to troubleshoot stuff like this is to look at the settings for the individual slides. To do this click on the cog like symbol in the bottom right of a slide- this should tell you whether the glossary etc will appear on that slide. All you need to do is tick or untick the different options to set the player for that slide.
If this is the issue you can globally change the settings for all affected slides by highlighting them in story view then ticking/unticking options in the 'slide properties' panel on the right
