Please allow Change State to use a variable value

Feature request: Please allow users to change state using a variable number. This would be extremely convenient, potentially eliminating tons of triggers.
Variables could appear in the dropdown list alongside the existing options. This would save loads of time.

Hi Andrew I agree. I hope the triggers get a little more sophisticate in future. Even and IF/ELSE would be great.

IF/ELSE would be a top notch addition, as well as some sort of a CASE command.
