Please Help Solve a Problem with my Quiz

In storyline 360 I have a five question quiz. It's programmed that you need to answer four out of five questions correctly to pass, and allows two additional tries. My problem is that on the third try whether you answer 4 out of 5 questions correctly which is a passing score (and I've set the passing score to 70),or all five correctly, you still receive a failing grade. I'm assuming there is a variable or trigger I've programmed incorrectly, but I can't figure out what it is. I'm attaching the relevant screen shots. If you need additional screen shots or even the actual file, please let me know.

Hi Wendy. Here's the compressed zip file. I'm sure there is a setting on the results page which is incorrect, but I can't figure out what it is.

I updated the trigger on the fail layer so this is what displays when I have attempted 3 times, failed twice and succeeded final time

That's great. I'm not clear what I do now. Will you send me back the file, to I access it from the site, or should I go back to the file and do the update myself

One problem remains however. If you fail twice, and on your third attempt receive 4 out of 5 questions correct, the program still sends the fail message
That's not what i see when testing. See the attached video
i failed twice and passed on the third attempt and received the congratulations screen.
Is your issue referring to what the user sees on screen or what is sent to the LMS?
Please try failing twice and on the third attempt get only one wrong. That gives you a score of 80, which should be sufficient to pass, but I expect you will receive a fail message.

I've published zipped and uploaded my version of the file to Scormcloud LMS.
I attempted the quiz 3 times. Failed the first two times, got 4 out of 5 correct on the final time
the result slide in SL report 80% score, got the congratulations slide, exited the course and received the following in the LMS.
I have reset the Scormcloud settings and here is the link for you to test for yourself.
If you don't get the same result maybe we need to try and isolate to a specific quiz slide that isn't working.
Thanks! This copy worked. I cleaned out my browser and even shut down my lap top, ever since the version you sent me has worked fine. Thanks very much for your help on a Sunday afternoon when I was worried no one would be available to help me.
