Poor JPEG rendering (high quality selected)

Hi,

I'm having issues with JPEG rendering on a particular image in Storyline. Other background images seems to render well (quality settings are at 100%), but with this image the quality is poor. Please see the screenshots.

Unfortunately I can't share the project file or the jpeg itself, but can anybody provide options to solve the issue?

Hi Richard,

I'm curious - have you considered changing the image format to PNG? If so, did you see any increase in quality after inserting the image?
