We created a course in Articulate Storyline 2 and at the end of the course we wanted to show a certificate of completion. When the users click the View Certificate button they will be prompted to enter their name and the certificate will be displayed in a web page with their name, time of completion, and date of completion. This feature works fine in IE but when we try it in Chrome, we are unable to see the name in the certificate. Can anyone help us here?
Hi there, Sivakumar! Tell me a little more about your certificate of completion. Are you using the Print Results features and modifying it to be a certificate?
If so, here are some reasons why the print results feature might not work. In your case, I would check first to see if Flash Player is enabled in Chrome. In Storyline 2, print results is not supported in HTML5 output.
