I have an eModule built in Storyline 360 which generates a certificate at the end of the course. The certificate displays the participants name, which is pulled from the LMS, the name of the course and the completion date. However, when I go to print this certificate when using the IE browser, the certificate will populate and can be seen in the print preview mode, but when I click the print button to get a hard copy of the certificate I receive an internal error message. I do not receive this message when printing the certificate using the Google Chrome browser. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have a solution for this problem. Thanks so much!

Hi Diana, thanks for reaching out! Did you use javascript to generate this certificate?
Also, do you run into the same error message if you test the output in SCORM Cloud?
