Popup Audio Can't Repeat or Reply

Hello,

I'm using Storyline. I'm facing the below problem.

Popup audio can't repeat or reply on 2nd attempt.

Steps which i followed:

1. After clicking on button, the respective popup launch.

2. I listen the complete audio for the respective popup.

3. Then i close the popup.

4. Again i click on the same button and the same popup launch.

5. This time the audio is not playing for the popup.

I have unable to upload a sample file. It's not uploading.

Set the layer to reset to initial state on the layer properties dialogue

But i already applied the settings. But still it's not working.

Hi Amey,

How are you viewing the project when this happens? Is the audio not playing the second time when previewing or only after publishing?

If this happens after publishing, what type of content are you viewing - HTML5 or Flash?

If you'd like, you're welcome to attach the .STORY file to this thread. Maybe we could take a look at the file and see what's happening. If the file is too large, or contains content you don't want to share, you could share a project file that contains only the slide that's having this problem.
