I'm assuming you're thinking of the "submit" button? it's automatically generated when you include a question slide - but if you open up the slide properties you can remove the submit button. You'll want to ensure once you do that you set up a trigger and behavior to submit your question based on the user interacting with a particular slide button or something else to submit the question.
