I have a poster frame set on a video in a project. I want that frame to appear and the video plays on the trigger of 3 seconds into the timeline.
When I preview that slide I only see the video starting at the 3 second mark like it is supposed to but the poster frame (visible on the slide) is not showing up.
I must be missing a step. Can anyone advise? Thank you.
Instead of using the 'Play Video Automatically' option for your video in the video settings, use the 'When Triggered' option instead to allow the poster frame to appear for a few seconds before the video starts.
