Posting a Storyline course to a company share site.

I am using Storyline 360 to develop safety quizzes. These quizzes are used in a safety contest. Employees have to complete a quiz to get an entry into the contest. For now I have been posting the quizzes to my trial version of Articulate Online. Employees are provided a link to the quiz on the online account. We are not looking to purchase an online account, therefore I need to find another location to post the quiz that all employees can access. I know I can always assign it to them in our LMS, but I do not want to go down that road. Can I post a quiz to a company Share site? Or is there another way of posting? If I use the share site, I am guessing I need to have all files an folders for the course on the server for the share site? I could use some help.

Hi Peter, it sounds like you will need to collect proof that the user has completed the quiz to get entry into the contest. This is something an LMS can do for you. If just dropping files onto a shared network drive how are you going to track that users have completed the quiz, or is this something that is not important to you and there is another way you are collecting this data?
