If you're using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360 you'll find their relevant tutorials and user guides here as well.
When you import a Powerpoint into Storyline, each Powerpoint slide will become a slide in Storyline. If you need to share that, you'll share the .story file and it can be opened by anyone else using the same version of Storyline.
