Is it possible to place markers precisely? All the other objects in SL2 have the Format tab that allows moving in increments, but it isn't available for markers...ugh.
I just checked this out, but I'm using Storyline 360 so it may be slightly different. In 360, I can position markers accurately using the "Size and Position" option.
I notice in your post you've written "Format tab". I can right-click the marker, and select "Size and Position" and move it in there (note: I can't resize it in there).
IF this fails, you can also follow these steps:
draw a square shape
position it where you want the marker
place the marker to the right, and below the square shape
select both shapes
align the shapes to the left, and to the top.
The marker will now be sitting in the top left of your square shape which you can now delete.
