prev trigger not visible

The previous trigger is not available, the best work around is to remove the buttons from the player and use custom navigation buttons.  The previous button is really just to go back to the last viewed slide

This drove me crazy for a while too Amey.  I submitted it as a feature request and you should too if you feel strongly about this functionality.  Seems basic to me really.

I agree with Ryan. I think the prev/next button should be revealed or hidden with a trigger. I would like to ensure that the user sees all the content on my slides before they move on. I know I can create a custom button but I really should be able to turn the buttons on and off within a layer or after a specific activity or question has been answered.

I agree with you all. Also, is there a way to change PREV. to BACK? Not everyone likes abbreviation on button. BACK would be better.

To change the Previous label to back:

1. Go into the Player (you can access it from the Home tab. It's in the Publish group)
2. Click on "Text Labels" in the Custom Group
3. Scroll down until you see Previous.
4. In the "Custom Text" column, change Previous to Back

Rebecca - great type to change the labels.  But I also agree....I was just working on something and it would have been great to have the triggers editable for the PREV button as well.  I would have just used it in my current course as a jump back to a menu slide.
