Previous Button causing errors

Hello, the latest course I've developed has scenarios at the end with custom layers built for the correct/incorrect feedback screens. If you click the previous button when on one of the layers, it then greys out all the other navigation buttons on the presentation, so the learner has to start at the beginning of the course again in order to proceed past the scenario they were working on. For now, I've disabled the previous buttons, but I'd like to get them working again. Has anyone else had this issue? Know a fix?

Hello Kelly,
Do you have any triggers associated with the Previous button? Is this happening in review mode of the questions or the first time around? you can also share the file here if you would like us to take a closer look.
There are no triggers set up, with the exception of the triggers that I have set on each slide (disable prev/next button when timeline starts, enable both when audio ends). This is happening both in review mode and when published in the LMS. I can't share the file - I removed the previous buttons entirely throughout the entire presentation, as it was the only fix I could come up with that worked. It's a live course so I didn't want everyone to keep experiencing the issue.
Kelly,
Would you be able to share the file privately? You can share it through this link here. Also you could remove any proprietary information. It would be easier to test directly with the file itself.
Shared.
