Since the previous release of Storyline 360, the previous button is completely disabled right from the word go when you start a new project. It default that the previous button is in a disabled state. If I want to enable it, I have to create a trigger. All the swipe triggers are fine. Can you please assist me with this?

I am not able to replicate this issue using the latest version of Storyline 360.
When you create a new file with at least 2 slides and preview this project, is the previous button disabled on the second slide?
If that's the case, I would suggest a quick repair of Storyline 360. Here are the instructions:
